Just 3 hours from Perth, Dunsborough justifiably deserves its reputation as one of the state’s favourite holiday destinations. The town is at the northern end of the Margaret River wine region and many award winning wineries with restaurants showcasing local produce are only a short drive away. So too are spectacular caves, art and craft galleries, surf beaches (Yallingup, Smiths, Three Bears and of course Margaret River) and you will be very welcome at Dunsborough Lakes, the Busselton and Margaret River Golf Clubs.

There are numerous accommodation alternatives, but few match the superb cul-de-sac waterfront location of Ocean View Villa1. There’s lot’s to do - be adventurous and explore. Here’s a good walk to start the day …out the front gate at Villa 1, take the path and go left along the waters edge to old Dunsborough, Curtis Bay and Meelup. The track continues on to Eagle Bay and then on to Bunker Bay and Cape Naturaliste.
